Currently we are hiring for International Voice Process  Freshers and Experienced.

• An International Non voice process job is a job where the executives are assigned to handle the chat form customers in different countries, particularly the US, Dubai etc.
• You’ll develop your emotional intelligence.
• You’ll learn your product or service,inside and out you’ll build transferable skills.
• You can educate customers with out selling, you can develop a side project,you’ll learn how to effectively solve problems.     

Responsibilities :

• An International Voice Process jobs where the executive are assigned to handle the Calls & Chats from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S, Dubai etc.
• Must be fluent English and Excellent Communication can Apply .
• 24/7 shifts and rotational week offs ( 5 days working and 2 week offs )

Required Skills :

• Good at typing 35 Wpm, Accuracy 90
• Should have good communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Handiling the customers queries through chats and Email and calls.
• Should have Experience in  international voice process

Languages : English

Qualification :

12th or Any Degree

Allowances :

• Two Way Cab Facility only in night shift.
• 2 days rotational week-off.
