Currently we are hiring for Customer Care Executive Freshers and Experienced.

• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching,locating,and providing information.
• Determines requirements by working with customers.
• Good in typing speed

Responsibilities :

• Fulfills request by clarifying desired information;completing transactions; forwarding requests.
• Cross sell.
• Helping Customers solve their queries over Chat or Emails.
• 6 days working and 1 week offs

Required Skills :

• Should be Excellent in International voice process.
• Good knowledge in Semi Voice and Chat support
• Should have good knowledge on Customer care executive.
• Strong analytical skills

Languages : English,Hindi.

Qualification :

12th or Any Degree

Allowances :

• 1 days rotational week-off
