• We are hiring for a Voice Process role.
• We are hiring for young talents / Immediate Joiners ( Banking Process )
• Good in typing speed

Responsibilities :

• Helping Customers solve their queries over Calls or Chat or Emails.
• Good computer navigation skills
• 6 days working and 1 week offs

Required Skills :

• Should be Excellent in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction.
• Good knowledge in Voice and Semi Voice and Chat support
• Should have good knowledge on International Chat process.
• Strong analytical skills

Languages : English / Malayalam.

Qualification :

12th & Any Degree

Allowances :

• 6 Days Working.
• 1 days rotational week-off
