Currently we are hiring for International Chat Process  Freshers and Experienced.

•  We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our international Chat Process team.
• This is a great opportunity for freshers to start their career in customer support.  
• Handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.  

Responsibilities :

• Chat with customers to answer questions and provide solutions.
• Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
• A flexible schedule Must be okay to work nights.
• 5 days working and 2 week offs

Required Skills :

• Should process effective and excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer
• Must have skill in International Chat Process.
• Willing to work in Rotational Shifts, Night Shifts & Graveyard Shifts.

Languages : English

Qualification :

12th or Any Degree

Allowances :

• Two Way Cab Facility.
• 2 days rotational week-off.
