Currently we are hiring for International Voice Process Customer Support Freshers and Experienced.
- Handle customer inquires and complaints via call in a professional and timely manner.
- Support customers with queries, issue and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Have to resolute customer query over call
- Should have excellent knowledge in handling irrate customers.
- Flexible to work in UK rotational shift and offs.
- Flexible to work from office.
- Looking for immediate joiners with relevant BPO experience .
- 6 days working and 1 week off
Required Skills :
- Should have Excellent communication skills.
- Should Have convincing skills.
- Good to have skills in Executives.
Languages : English
Qualification :
Inter or Any Degree
Allowances :
- One Way Cab Facility only in night shift.
- 1 day rotational week-off.
