Job Description :

Greeting from IntouchCX

Currently we are hiring for Non Voice Process Minimum 6 months Experienced.

• Troubleshoot customers issues via Chat, remote access, and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with customers and advice about technical issues Answer questions regarding issues, and make recommendations.  
• Handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.  

Responsibilities :

• Chat with customers to answer questions and provide solutions.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Quickly and effectively build rapport with customers, diagnose and resolve issues.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
• A flexible schedule Must be okay to work nights.
• 5 days working and 2 week offs

Required Skills :

• Should process effective and excellent communication skills.
• Typing accuracy 30 to 40 Wpm.
• Must have skill in International Chat Process.
• Willing to work in Rotational Shifts, Night Shifts & Graveyard Shifts.

Languages : English

Qualification :

12th or Any Degree

Allowances :

• Two Way Cab Facility.
• 2 days rotational week-off.
