Currently we are hiring for International Voice Process Freshers and Experienced -Spot Offer

• Handle customer inquires and complaints via Call in a professional and timely manner.
• Support customers with queries, issue and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.  
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.

Responsibilities :   

• To provide support and resolve issues via call and other electronic communication.
• Have to resolute customer query over call
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need.
• Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and service.
• It will be completely night shifts / Rotational shifts.
• 5 days working and 2 rotational week offs.

Required Skills :

• Should have good communication skills.
• Should have international voice process, International Chat process.
• Should have Skills on BPO voice,US Voice, Customer service,Customer support.
• Must have skills in Blended process,Semi voice.

Languages : English

Qualification :

 12th or Any Degree

Allowances :

• Two Way Cab Facility.
• 5 days working ; 2 days rotational week-off
• Medical insurance for self and dependent.
