Job Description :
Greeting from Tech Mahindra
Currently we are hiring for International Customer Support Should have minimum 7 months of Experienced Persons.
- Responsible for responding to customer requests,including but not limited to, answering calls.
- Handle customer inquires and complaints via call in a professional and timely manner.
- Support customers with queries, issue and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Candidates must comfortably working in night shifts and work from Office.
- Candidates Should be Ready to Join Immediately.
Responsibilities :
- Should be aware of KPIs / Metrix e.g : AHT, Call Quality , C – Sat & D – sat etc.
- Have to resolute customer query over call.
- Should be able to speak on free Speech for 2-3 minutes.
- 5 days working and 2 week offs
Required Skills :
- Should have good communication skills.
- Inbond Customer Service, Domestic Calling process.
Languages : English.
Qualification :
12th or Any Degree
Allowances :
- Two Way Cab Facility.
- 2 day rotational week-off
