Job Description :

Currently we are hiring for Customer Voice Process Freshers and Experienced.

• You’ll develop your emotional intelligence.
• You’ll learn your product or service,inside and out you’ll build transferable skills.
• You can educate customers with out selling, you can develop a side project,you’ll learn how to effectively solve problems.   
• As a Trainee process consultant, you will be responsible for processing claims.
• Handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.  

Responsibilities :

• An International Voice Process jobs where the executive are assigned to handle the Calls & Chats from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S, Dubai etc.
• These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer is calling to solve an issue.
• Good computer navigation skills
• 5 days working and 2 week offs

Required Skills :

• Should have good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer
• Should have international voice process

Languages : English

Qualification :

12th or Any Degree

Allowances :

• Two Way Cab Facility only in night shift.
• 2 days rotational week-off.
