Job Description :

Currently we are hiring for Customer Support Executive Voice Process Freshers and Experienced.
- Responsible for responding to customer requests,including but not limited to, answering calls via phone and providing after hours on call support for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Handle customer inquires and complaints via call in a professional and timely manner.
- Support customers with queries, issue and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Candidates must comfortably working in night shifts and work from Office.
- Candidates Should be Ready to Join Immediately.
Responsibilities :
- Freshers who exam have got over.can own responsibility and see, Huge Hiring for Customer Support voice process.
- Have to resolute customer query over call
- 6 days working and 1 week offs
Required Skills :
- Should have good communication skills.
- Inbond Customer Service, Domestic Calling process.
Languages : English,Hindi,Kannada,Telugu,Malayalam.
Qualification :
12th or Any Degree
