Currently we are hiring for International Semi Voice Process Freshers and Experienced -Spot Offer

• Handle customer inquires and complaints via chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.  
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.

Responsibilities :

• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data    
• To provide support and resolve issues via call and other electronic communication.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need.
• Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and service.
• It will be completely night shifts
• 5 days working and 2 rotational week offs.

Required Skills :

• Should have good communication skills.
• Should have international voice process, International Call Center, Chat Support.
• Should have Skills on BPO, Customer care,Us Voice Process.

Languages : English

Qualification :

12th or Any Degree

Allowances :

• Two Way Cab Facility.
