Currently we are hiring for International Voice Process Freshers and Experienced.

• We are hiring for the position of the trainee process Consultant for our international voice process in the US Health care sector.  
• As a Trainee process consultant, you will be responsible for processing claims.
• Handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.  

Responsibilities :

• Have to resolute customer query over call
• Process claims according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings by adhering to client
• Ensure quick and accurate decision making to resolve customer queries.
• Good computer navigation skills
• 5 days working and 2 week offs

Required Skills :

• Should have good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer

• Languages : English
