Currently we are hiring for International Chat – Voice Process Executive Freshers and Experienced.
- We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our international Chat Process team.
- This is a great opportunity for freshers to start their career in customer support.
- Handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.
Responsibilities :
- Chat with customers to answer questions and provide solutions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Work with the team to improve services.
- 5 days working and 2 week offs
Required Skills :
- Should have good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer
- Must have skill in International Chat Process.
Languages : English
Qualification :
12th or Any Degree
Allowances :
- Two Way Cab Facility only in night shift.
- 2 days rotational week-off.
