Currently we are hiring for International Voice Process Freshers and Experienced.

• A CSA in this role details with resolving customer queries for various process related tasks.
• The associate provides appropriate solutions to the customer while providing a high level of customer service and accurate information.

Responsibilities :

• An International Voice Process &  Non – Voice jobs is a job where the executive are assigned to handle the Calls & Chats from customers.
• Production, Quality.
• Shift and Schedule adherence.
• Process Knowledge.
• 6 days working and 1 week off
• Required Skills :
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should have international voice process.
• Listening & Comprehension.

 Degree

Allowances :

• Two Way Cab Facility only in night shift.
• 1 day rotational week-off.
