Job Description :

Currently we are hiring for Service Desk ( Technical support ) Process Freshers and Experienced.

• Responsible for responding to customer requests,including but not limited to, answering calls via phone and providing after hours on call support for troubleshooting technical issues.
• Handle customer inquires and complaints via call in a professional and timely manner.
• Support customers with queries, issue and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Candidates must comfortably working in night shifts and work from Office.
• Candidates Should be Ready to Join Immediately.

Responsibilities :

• Have to resolute customer query over call
• 6 days working and 1 week offs

Required Skills :

• Should have good communication skills.
• Should aware of PC/Laptop troubleshooting both Hardware & Software.
• Knowledge of networking and support.
• Additional knowledge on Thermal printers or Spectrometers will be advantageous.

Languages : English

Qualification :

Any Degree

• Two Way Cab Facility.
• 1 day rotational week-off
