Currently we are hiring for Customer Care Executive – Non Voice Process Freshers and Experienced.

• We are hiring for a Non Voice Process role.
• Should have experience in Non – Voice Process / Semi voice process / Chat / Email at least 1 to 3 Years.
• Good in typing speed

Responsibilities :

• Helping Customers solve their queries over Chat or Emails.
• Good computer navigation skills
• 6 days working and 1 week offs

Required Skills :

• Should be Excellent in International Non voice process.
• Good knowledge in Semi Voice and Chat support
• Should have good knowledge on International Chat process.
• Strong analytical skills

Languages : English

Qualification :

12th & Any Degree

Allowances :

• 1 days rotational week-off
