Currently we are hiring for Non Voice Process Freshers and Experienced.

• We are hiring for a Non Voice Process role.
• Should have minimum hardware knowledge.
• Providing proper solutions and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Helping Customers solve their queries over calls.
• Good computer navigation skills
• 5 days working and 2 week offs

Required Skills :

• Should be Excellent in English Communication.
• Good knowledge in Excel and on Computer
• Shuld have good knowledge on accounts  
• Strong analytical skills

Languages : English

Qualification :

Any Degree

Allowances :

• 2 days rotational week-off
