Currently we are hiring for Email & Chat Support Freshers and Experienced.

• Trobleshoot and resolve simple/medium/complex Ad Serving issues over email provide accurate resolutions.
• Ensure all individual metric goals set are met.
• Escalating the issues in a timely manner work at a fast pace.
• Investigate and follow-up appropriately, or make judgments and escalate when necessary.

Responsibilities :

• Have to resolute customer query over call
• Good computer navigation skills
• 5 days working and 2 week offs

Required Skills :

• Basic understanding of HTML, Javascript & CSS
• knowledge of Technical Troubleshoot
• Strong analytical skills
• Should willing to work in night shift

• Languages : English

Qualification :

Any Degree

Allowances :

• Two Way Cab Facility.
• 2 days rotational week-off
