Job Description :

Currently we are hiring for International Voice Process Freshers and Experienced.
- As a Trainee process consultant, you will be responsible for processing claims.
- Handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.
Responsibilities :
- An International Voice Process & Non – Voice jobs is a job where the executive are assigned to handle the Calls & Chats from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S, Dubai etc.
- These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer is calling to solve an issue.
- Good computer navigation skills
- 5 days working and 2 week offs
Required Skills :
- Should have good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer
- Should have international voice process
Languages : English
Qualification :
12th or Degree
Allowances :
- Two Way Cab Facility only in night shift.
- 2 days rotational week-off.
