• We are hiring for a technical Executive role.
• Should have minimum hardware knowledge.
• Providing proper solutions and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Helping Customers solve their queries over calls.
• Good computer navigation skills
• 5 days working and 2 week offs

Required Skills :

• Server support
• Desktop support
• Service Desk
• knowledge of Technical Troubleshoot
• Strong analytical skills
