Job Description :
Greeting from Tech Mahindra
Currently we are hiring for International Voice Process Freshers and Experienced.
- Handle customer inquires and complaints via call in a professional and timely manner.
- Support customers with queries, issue and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Minimum 8 months of Experience is required in International Voice process (In Bond Calling Only ) on Paper.
- Candidates must comfortably working in night shifts and work from Office.
- Candidates Should be Ready to Join Immediately.
Responsibilities :
- Have to resolute customer query over call
- Good computer navigation skills
- 5 days working and 2 week offs
Required Skills :
- Should have good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer
- Languages : English
Qualification :
12th or Degree
Allowances :
- Two Way Cab Facility.
- 2 days rotational week-off
